1. None present for the applicants.

The record shows that, the matter was kept for dismissal on 29.07.2024 vide order dated 19.07.2024, as despite two last chances the learned Counsel for the applicants failed to work out the matter. Thereafter on 29.07.2024 the matter was again fixed for final hearing by way of last chance on 07.08.2024 by imposing cost Rs.3,000/-. The office note shows that, the applicants have deposited the cost. However, on 07.08.2024 again the matter was adjourned by way of last chance.
