By way of filing the present petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned order dated 03.01.2012 passed by the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate No. 3, Jaipur Metropolitan in Criminal Case No. 898/2000. 2. On last occasion, this Court directed the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to get the factual report about the status of the trial pending before the Trial Court. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the Court below has sent a letter to this Court which indicates that the petitioner has already been discharged from the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 467 IPC and the file has been consigned to record. Hence, under these circumstances, no further cause of action survives (2 of 2) [CRLMP-667/2012] with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. 4.
