He further submits that, in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, respondent No.1 shall not claim any benefit of reinstatement or raise any further claim or cause of action arising out of the impugned orders dated 22.02.2012 and 25.08.2017. In view of the aforesaid settlement arrived at, the challenge to the impugned awards dated 22.02.2012 and 25.08.2017 is disposed of in the terms so agreed upon between the parties. Respondent No.1 shall not claim reinstatement or any other benefit arising from the impugned awards nor shall he raise any further claim or cause of action arising therefrom. Needless to say the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement arrived at between them. 5. Petition stands disposed of in the abovesaid terms. 6.
