Prayer made in the present petition for quashing of order dated 05.01.2012, Annexure P-6 might not be surviving due to efflux of time. 2. Learned State Counsel, on the other hand, submits that the referred rules are not applicable to the petitioner as she was on deputation and not absorbed. Even as per rules, for the employee of Zamidara Cooperative Marketing-cum-Processing Society, Charkhi Dadri-respondent No.4, namely the Service Rules for Primary Cooperative Marketing-cum-Processing Societies Working in the State of Haryana at Mandi Level do not provide for the relief sought for. 3. Learned arguing counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he is unable to establish contact with his client. 4.
