A letter has been circulated by the Bar Association, the lawyers are abstaining from work.

Reference is made to paragraph No.2 of the reply dated 19.02.2014, in rebuttal to which no replication has been filed, which reads thus: -
“2. That as per condition of advertisement the eligibility of the candidates is required to be adjudged on the cut off date i.e. 29.9.2009 in the instant case. As per Fourth (Final) Semester Examination of Master of Business Administration Detailed Marks Card of the Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, the petitioner passed his Master of Business Administration on 2.3.2010 i.e. after the cutoff date (i.e. 29.9.2009) and as such no mark of his MBA qualification has been awarded to the petitioner. marks under the heading "Higher qualification" in respect of Post Graduation in relevant subject/Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management are permissible and in case 2 more marks are also allowed to the petitioner his marks come to 44.17 as against 44.75 marks of the last selected candidate in the main selection list in general category and even then he does not come in the main selection list. Furthermore, as per criteria dated 29.9.2009 (Annexure R-3/1) a maximum of 5 marks are permissible over and above the requisite experience of 2 years. The petitioner possesses 3 years and 6 months experience and as such he is entitled marks over and above his two years requisite experience i.e. one year and six months. However, he has been allowed 2 marks under the heading "Experience" which is correct.”

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed.
