Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned orders as also to grant the pension from the date of his retirement etc. 2. In the index of the petition, reference is made to pendency of CWP- 18825-2007 titled as KK Sharma and others vs. Haryana Financial Corporation and others, which during pendency thereof was allowed vide judgment dated 14.03.2014 against which LPA-1341-2014 was filed by Haryana Financial Corporation was dismissed on 05.02.2016 so also SLP (C) Nos.15756-15759 of 2016 on 08.07.2016. 3. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner, within a period of 6 months, in accordance with law, taking note of the aforesaid judgment and after granting opportunity of hearing to him, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. 4. Upon doing so, if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
