The present appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree dated 23.11.2009 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Muktsar Sahib, as well as judgment and decree dated 13.10.2011 passed by learned District Judge, Muktsar Sahib, whereby the civil suit filed by the Avtar Singh (since deceased) i.e. father of respondents No.1 to 3 and husband of respondent No.4, was decreed in his favour and the appeal preferred by the appellants was dismissed, respectively. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the decree stands satisfied, since the appellants were directed to reconsider the matter of Avtar Singh (since deceased) by this Court and vide application i.e. VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.21 18:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document RSA-1517-2012 (O&M) -2- CM-10097-C-2016, after considering the matter of Avtar Singh (since deceased), appellants have placed on record speaking order dated 20.07.2016 (Annexure R-6/1) passed by the Special Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Rural Development and Panchayat. He further submits that in compliance of order dated 05.08.2016 passed by this Court, another speaking order dated 16.08.2016 has been passed by the Special Secretary to Government of Punjab, Rural Development and Panchayat Department.
