Similarly, against Kuldeep Singh and Rohtash also FIRs with the same allegations had been lodged, however this Court dismissed the petitions for anticipatory bail which were granted by Hon’ble the Supreme Court by way of SLP (crl.) No(s).10206/2024 and SLP (crl.) No(s).989/2025, respectively.
