Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a perusal of the written statement filed by the respondents would show that as per the respondents, the case of the petitioner will be considered after the finalization of the seniority list of Master Cadre in terms of the judgment dated 15.02.2023 passed by this Court in CWP No.28434 of 2019 titled as Harbhajan Singh and others Vs.    3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the final seniority list of Master Cadre has been issued now by the respondents.
