Shahi, Advocate 10/ 08.09.2026: This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing the order dated 18.01.2012 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Jamtara, (Respondent No. 3), whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioners against the order of learned S.D.O., Jamtara in Revenue Miscellaneous Case No. 372/2005-06 dated 04.05.2006, has been dismissed affirming the order of learned S.D.M. by which the S.D.O. has cancelled the pattas of the jamabandi raiyats. 2. Mr. Manish Singh, learned counsel on instruction of Mr. Kaushik Sarkhel who is advocate on record, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. 3. Mr. Rakesh Kr.
