2. The present petition has been preferred for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 12.11.2009 passed by the Hon’ble Court in CWJC No. 9749 of
2009.
3. The writ court in Leela Devi and analogous cases (CWJC No. 9421 of 2009 and Ors.) allowed the writ petition directing the respondents to re-state the petitioners to the post on they were working with conceptional benefits.

4. The appeal preferred by the State was dismissed which followed the civil appeals before the Hon’ble Apex Court and today learned State counsel has taken this Court to the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 17.10.2019 in the case of State of Bihar and Ors. vs Divendra Sharma and analogous cases (Civil appeal No. 7879 of 2019 and Ors.) to show that the State has succeeded.
5. In view of the development that has taken place as recorded above, MJC. No. 1373 of 2012 is dropped.
