Learned counsel for respondent Nos.7 to 9 informs that appellant, who is arrayed as respondent No.9 in writ petition, has since passed away. 5. We take note of the fact that none appears on behalf of respondent/writ petitioner as well today. In our considered opinion, there is no justification for continuation of present proceedings, which are accordingly closed. Writ Appeal is accordingly disposed of with liberty to LRs of appellant to file appropriate application, if so advised, within eight weeks.
