This Court, vide interim order dated 28.11.2012, directed the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land in question belonging to the petitioner so long as the petitioner do not undertake any developmental activities therein, including any construction, without securing necessary approvals from the concerned authorities. 3. No counters have been filed though the writ petition is of the year 2012. 4. On these considerations, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order granted earlier by this Court.
