Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in M.V.O.P. No.87 of 2009 are jointly and severally liable to pay compensation. iii. M.V.O.P. No.87 of 2009 is dismissed against respondent No.3 therein (appellant herein). iv. The quantum of compensation awarded, the disbursement and other consequential directions issued by the learned MACT shall remain unchanged. v.
