Unfortunately, today also none appeared for the petitioner. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology brought to the notice of this Court that the main Writ Petition No.11019 of 2012 was disposed of on 28.12.2012. She also placed the said final order copy on record, and the same is taken on record. 5.
