Challenging the same, the wife filed the present appeal. 2. On 20.11.2012, an interim suspension was granted on the decree of divorce. Thereafter, as per the docket orders, the matter was referred to Lok Adalath, but the same could not be settled. 3. Considering the aforesaid and also that the appeal is listed after long time, granting one more opportunity to the learned counsel for the parties to appear and to argue the matter, post this matter after four (4) weeks.” 2. In spite of granting an opportunity to the learned counsel for the parties, there is no representation for the appellant today. 3. The C.M.A is dismissed for want of prosecution.
