This Writ Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on 10.12.2024. Thereafter, I.A. No.1 of 2025 and I.A. No.2 of 2025 were filed seeking restoration of the writ petition to file. There was no representation on
01.04.2026. 2. On 07.04.2026, this Court condoned the delay in filing the application seeking restoration of the writ petition. 3. Today, when the matter is listed, there is no representation on behalf of the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
