The matter pertains to the year 2012. 3. On 10.03.2026, at request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was directed to be posted again for obtaining instructions. 4. Ms. Pilla Pushpa Latha, learned counsel representing Sri N. Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant submits that, instructions are not being provided in spite of the efforts made. Consequently, the learned counsel for the appellant is not able to argue the matter. 5. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
