Both the appeals arise out of M.V.O.P.No.331 of 2009 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum- I Additional District Judge, Srikakulam. 2. Both counsel on record submitted that their parties instructed them not to press the appeals. 3. Sri Naresh Byrapaneni, learned counsel for the appellant in M.A.C.M.A.No.2207 of 2012, seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the appeal and submits that he has got written instructions to withdraw the appeal. 4. Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel for the appellant in M.A.C.M.A.No.522 of 2014, seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the appeal and makes an endorsement on the case bundle to that effect. 5. Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsel on record, these appeals in M.A.C.M.A.Nos.2207 of 2012 and 522 of 2014 are dismissed as withdrawn.
