Virender Singh, Judge (oral) On the last date of hearing, while deciding OMP No. 157 of 2016 in Execution Petition No. 17 of 2012, 2 inadvertently, the OMP has been mentioned as ‘OMP No. 157 of 2026’ instead of ‘OMP No. 157 of 2016’. The order is corrected and the aforesaid OMP be read as OMP No. 157 of 2016. Ordered accordingly. 2. The present Execution Petition has been filed for the execution of judgment and decree, dated 24.7.2006, which is a compromise decree, passed in Civil Suit No. 39 of 2005, titled as, ‘Uday Ram and others versus Shiv Singh’. 3. By virtue of the Notification No. HHC/PJ/93-1- 28469-82, dated 17.10.2022, issued by the High Court of Himachal Pradesh, pecuniary jurisdiction of the Civil Courts has been increased. 4. Keeping in view the relief, granted in the aforesaid case, the present Execution Petition is ordered to be transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Kasauli, District Solan, H.P. for adjudication of the same, as per law. 5. Parties through their counsel are directed to appear before the learned Civil Judge, Kasauli, District Solan, H.P. on 7.9.2026. 3 6.
