Appellant Nirmla Devi produced in the custody of HHC Rani No. 301 and LC Dipika No. 213 from Police Station Kasauli, District Solan, H.P. The record shows that the surety of the appellant has expired on 05.05.2016 which led to the issuance of NBWs. The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the fresh surety bond would be filed during the course of the day. Let it be done in terms of order dated 27.02.2012 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and the appellant be released from custody after furnishing of the surety bonds, if not required in any other case.
