CMP(M) No. 32 of 2026 The present application has been filed under Order 22 Rules 4 and 9 read with Section 5 of Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the application for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3, Sh.Sheo Ram, who had expired on 22.6.2025 and for setting aside the abatement. Since, the averments as made in the application are duly supported by an affidavit and copy of death certificate has also been appended alongwith the application, therefore, the present application is allowed and after condoning the delay, the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3, Sh.Sheo Ram, details whereof have been given in para 2 of the application, are ordered to be brought on record as respondent Nos. 3(i) to 3(iv). Abatement, if any, is also set-aside. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the memo of parties.
