Roshan Lal vs. Mahant Ram & anr. RSA No. 142 of 2012 23.04.2026 Present: Mr Neeraj Gupta, Senior Advocate, with Mr Pranjal Munjal, Advocate, for the
appellant. Mr Jia Lal Thakur, Advocate, vice Mr G.R. Palsra, Advocate, for the respondents. CMP No. 32451 of 2025 The applicant has filed the present application for issuing a direction for taking on record the fact that the addresses of unserved proposed respondents No.1(a) to 1(d) have not been furnished by the respondents. It has been asserted that the learned vice counsel for the respondent/non-applicant stated that the correct address of unserved proposed respondents No.1(a) to 1(d) was furnished to the learned counsel for the applicant. The Court directed the applicant to take steps for the service of such unserved respondents. It was found that the addresses of only Smt. Uma Devi, Sh Manoj Kumar, Ms Swati Sharma and Sh Pawan Kumar were furnished and not of the other person. These persons have already been served, and the addresses of unserved proposed respondents were not provided. Hence the application. The record shows that a statement was made on behalf of the respondents on 12.12.2025 that the correct
addresses were supplied to the learned counsel for the appellant. The Court directed the issuance of the process. Now it has been sought to be brought on record that the correct addresses were not supplied. No counter affidavit was filed on behalf of the respondents. Therefore, this fact is taken on record. The application stands disposed of. RSA No. 142 of 2012 List for hearing in due course. (Rakesh Kainthla) Judge 23rd April, 2026 (Chander)
