Ram Pal vs. State of H.P. Cr. Appeal No. 8 of 2012 16.01.2026. Present: Ms. Kanta Thakur, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Ajit Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondent-State. Cr. MP No. 329 of 2026 The present application has been filed for seeking extension of the time granted by the Court vide judgement dated 04.12.2025, passed in Ram Pal vs State of H.P. Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, there are sufficient reasons to believe that the applicant/appellant could not furnish the bail bonds within time, because of bonafide reasons; hence the present application is allowed and the time to furnish bail bonds is extended by four weeks. Application stands disposed of. (Rakesh Kainthla) Vacation Judge 16th January, 2026. (DKS)
