This writ application has been filed for declaring that the petitioner is entitled to 50% of the subsidy of the total cost of the project and to disburse the rest 20% of the subside of the total cost of his project in favour of the Petitioner. 2. Today, when the matter is listed, Mr. G. Das, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. N. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this writ application. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the same. A memo to that effect signed by Mr. N. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner is filed by him, which is taken on record. 3. Mr. M. K.
