Heard learned counsel for the Parties. 3. In course of hearing, it is fairly contended by the learned counsels appearing for the Parties that Petitioner after being not allowed to participate in the limited competitive examination, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the case of LIC of India Vs. DV Anil Kumar, Civil Appeal No.953 to 968 of 2025, he has now made an application claiming financial compensation and the said application is pending for consideration before Justice PKS Baghel Committee. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that if necessary direction will be issued for consideration of his application to get the benefit of financial compensation, Petitioner will have no grievance. 5. Learned Counsel appearing for the Opp. Party-Corporation on the other hand contended that such an application has been made by the Page 2 of 2. Petitioner and pending before the Committee pursuant to the order passed by the Apex Court in the case of Ranvir Singh Vs. S.K. Roy, Chairman, LIC of India, reported in 2022 Live law (SC) 417 . 6. Having heard learned counsel for the Parties and considering the submission made, this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition permits the Petitioner to move an application to get the benefit of financial compensation before the Committee represented by Justice PKS Baghel. 7.
