Heard learned counsel for the Parties. 3. Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- “The petitioners therefore pray your Lordships may be graciously pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties as to why the appointment and selection of O.P. Nos.6 to 43, shall not be quashed and petitioners shall not be appointed pursuant to advertisement made under Annexure-2, if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause make the Rule absolute.” 4. Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, petitioners are directed to make individual fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if any such individual representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opposite Party No.3 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representations. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.3 be communicated to the Petitioners within that time. 6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
