JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the petitioner vide memorandum dated 24th March, 2000. Inquiry Officer was appointed. He submitted the inquiry report to the disciplinary authority. The disciplinary authority imposed the penalty of bringing done the petitioner’s salary by three stages on 07.04.2006 (Annexure A-7). Petitioner preferred an appeal before the Financial Commissioner-Cum-Secretary (Revenue), Government of Himachal Pradesh vide Annexure A-8, dated 09.06.2006. However, the same has not been decided till date. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Financial Commissioner to hear and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner vide Annexure A-8, dated 09.06.2006 after hearing the petitioner, on the basis of the averments taken in the appeal, by passing a speaking/detailed order, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
