This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Mr. Rajguru, learned Counsel for the Petitioner- Management submits that the demand draft bearing no.225407 dated 07.04.2026 drawn in favour of the Workman namely Abhimanyu Mallick for Rs.50,000/- was received by Mr. Dillip Kumar Mohanty, learned Counsel appearing for him on 10.04.2026. A memo to that effect is also available in the case record. 3. None appears for the Workman-Opposite Party at the time of call. 4. This writ petition has been filed assailing the award dated 17.02.2011 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Industrial Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in I.D. Case No.169 of 2008, wherein the Petitioner- Management was directed to pay a lump sum amount of Rs.50,000/- to the Workman in lieu of reinstatement. The award passed under Annexure-1 appears to have been satisfied. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such. 5. Interim order dated 17.05.2011 passed in I.A.
