This CRLMC has been filed with a prayer for quashing the order dated 01.11.2011 passed by the learned SDJM, Angul in 1CC Case No.134 of 2011 taking cognizance against the Petitioner for the offences under Sections 420, 466, 468, 166 and 219 of the IPC. 2. On 17.03.2026, a report had been called from the learned SDJM, Angul. 3. Perused the report dated 19.03.2026 of the learned SDJM, Angul who has stated that the case had been posted to 07.03.2026 as a last chance for appearance of the complainant and to file necessary requisites to proceed further in the case. But, due to non-appearance of the complainant and as no steps were taken on his behalf, C.T. Case No.2987/2011 / 1CC Case No.134/2011 has been dismissed for default of the complainant under Section 204 of the Cr.P.C. 4.
