On 02.04.2026, when the case was taken, the learned counsel for the appellant appeared and apologized for his non-appearance at the earlier hearing and hence, the caption was removed and posted today for final hearing. Even today (02.07.2026), there is no representation for the appellant. 3.Therefore, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
