The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the appeal against the award, dated 01.08.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.143 of 2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal ( Special Subordinate Court ), Tiruchirappalli. 2. Despite receipt of notice, the second respondent has not turned up. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the first respondent and also perused the records. 4. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
