Petitioners have filed this revision petition to challenge the impugned order dated 31.01.2024 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Ghaziabad in Appeal No.113 of 2023, titled Varun Kaushik Vs. state of U.P. and another, whereby the appellate court has affirmed the order dated 05.01.2023 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Ghaziabad in Complaint Case No.921 of 2022, under Section 12 of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, registered at Police Station Kavi Nagar, district Ghaziabad, whereby the application under section 23 of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has been allowed and the maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month has been awarded to opposite party no. 2 - wife, from the date of application. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the matrimonial dispute between the parties is settled, therefore he has instructions to withdraw the petition.
