MP No.5918 of 2025 The present application has been filed for recalling the non bailable warrants of arrest issued by this Court on 27.11.2025 to secure the presence of the respondent/accused. The respondent/accused present in the Court and has surrendered to this Court. Since, the purpose of issuance of non bailable warrants was to secure the presence of the respondent/accused and today, respondent is present in the Court. In view of above, the present application is allowed and the respondent/accused is ordered to be released on furnishing of personal and surety bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of learned Additional Registrar (Judicial) of this Court with an undertaking to appear before this Court as and when called upon to do so and to surrender before the learned Trial Court in case of acceptance of the appeal.
