Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the order dated 03.08.2011, Annexure P5, vide which petitioner was reverted from post of Salesman to that of Peon, might not be surviving due to efflux of time, especially in wake of there being no interim order. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 states that the ground for reversion of the petitioner was that the qualification required for Salesman was Matriculation while the petitioner only middle pass. 3. Disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived by demonstrating that cause still subsists.
