Learned counsel for the appellants submits that this Court vide order dated 30.03.2026 passed in RFA-1358-2023 (State of Haryana and others vs. Jarnail Singh and others) has determined market value of adjoining land to the tune of Rs.2035/- per square meter. The appellants’ case is squarely covered by the said order. 4.
