The instant Regular Second Appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 21.02.2005 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Moga, whereby the suit of the appellant-plaintiff was partly decreed. 1.1. A further challenge has been laid to the judgment and decree dated 10.02.2010 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Moga, whereby the appeal preferred by the appellant-plaintiff against the aforesaid judgment and decree dated 21.02.2005 passed by the learned trial Court has been dismissed. 2. Today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that despite repeated efforts, she has not been able to contact the appellant, and therefore, is unable to assist the Court any further in this matter.
