On 31.05.2024 Mr. Nikhil Sharma, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased appellant and had sought time to file a formal application for impleading his legal representatives. However, till date no such application has been filed. 2. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased appellant despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the legal representatives of the deceased appellant are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter.
