Today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. 4. In view of the above, this Court is now left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 5. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 6. Liberty is, however, reserved to the legal representatives of the appellant to move an application to revive the present appeal in case any cause of action survives. 7.
