Accordingly, time was granted to file appropriate application and the matter was adjourned to 13.03.2026 to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner, to file appropriate application to bring the Legal Representatives. However, no steps were taken so far. Today, when the matter is called the learned counsel for the petitioner sought a adjournment to comply with the order dated 27.02.2026. Though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" to give one more fair chance to the petitioner, the matter is adjourned. List the matter on 01.05.2026 under the same caption, as a last chance.” 2.
