On 17.02.2026, the following order was passed: “The husband is the appellant. His petition seeking divorce under Section 13(1a)(1b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, was dismissed. 2. Sri Sricharan Telaprolu, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, prays for time to obtain latest instructions, as the matter has been listed after long. 3. List after four weeks.” 3. Today, when the case is called, none appeared for the appellant. 4. The matter pertains to the year 2011 shown under the caption ‘old matters’. 5. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
