APHC010060622011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI (Special Original Jurisdiction) [3575] THURSDAY, THE NINTH DAY OF APRIL TWO THOUSAND AND TWENTY SIX WRIT APPEAL NOs: 709/2011 & 157/2012 Between: (1) V.D.M.L. Kalyani. ...Appellant Vs. Sri Venkateswara Vidya Peeth(Regd) ...Respondent(s) (2) Sri Venkateswara Vidya Peeth(Regd), ...Appellant Vs. V.D.M.L. Kalyani ...Respondent(s) CORAM:- HON’BLE MRS JUSTICE LISA GILL HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA Present:- Mr. Ravi Kondaveti, Senior Advocate for appellant. None for respondents. ****** LISA GILL,J. 1. Learned counsel for appellant/writ petitioner in W.A.No.709 of 2011 and respondent in W.A.No.157 of 2017 submits that both these appeals, one by writ petitioner and other by respondent, arise on account of a transfer order passed by management. Said appeals are, in fact, rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 2. None has appeared on behalf of Management, despite various opportunities and despite W.A.No.157 of 2012 being listed under the caption for dismissal on last two occasions. 3. Keeping in view specific submission on behalf of appellant/writ petitioner and perusing order dated 02.08.2011, whereby it has been held that writ petitioner is liable to be transferred as per the requirement of management, though, she would be entitled to the pay scale attached to the post, both these appeals are disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is afforded to unrepresented side to file appropriate application in case any incorrect fact has been placed before us. No order as to costs. 4. Pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly. 5. Photocopy of order be placed on the file of above mentioned connected case.
