1. At the outset, learned counsels appearing for the parties state that the parties have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2026 before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. It is further submitted that in terms of Para 10 of the Settlement Agreement, the First Party (Appellant) has agreed to pay the settlement amount of Rs. 14,21,801/- in equal parts, within a period of ten This is a digitally signed order. days of signing the Settlement Agreement.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant states upon instructions that the appellant would abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement entered into between the parties.

At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent, states upon instructions, that upon receipt of the settlement amount in terms of the Settlement Agreement, the execution proceedings filed by the respondent parties would also stand withdrawn, and shall stand satisfied/disposed of in view of the aforesaid. He further states that subject to the receipt of the settlement amount, the respondent has no objection to the petitioner withdrawing the amount deposited before the Executing Court and/or seeking discharge/cancellation of the bank guarantees offered to the said Execution Court.
4. The statement is taken on record and the parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
5. The petitions are disposed of in above terms.
