At the outset, learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that the parties have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 07.04.2026 arrived before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. It is further stated that in terms of the Settlement Agreement, entire amount has been received by the respondent after deducting TDS towards all his claims and nothing more is required to be paid to the respondent. The Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties is taken on record. The parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of settlement. 2. The appeal is disposed of in above terms.
