By way of the present applications, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the applications for substitution, as well as substitution of the legal heir of the deceased respondent, namely Sh. Mukesh Kumar Sharma. 2. Learned counsel for the non-applicants submits that they have no objection to the same. 3. The delay in filing the applications for substitution is condoned, and the legal heir, namely the son of the deceased respondent, Sh. Mukesh Kumar Sharma, is substituted in place of the deceased respondent/ Sh. SP Sharma. The amended memo of parties filed along with the present applications is taken on record. 4. The application are disposed of accordingly. FAO 412/2011 FAO 413/2011 1. At the outset, learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that the parties have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 07.04.2026 arrived before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. It is further stated that in terms of the Settlement Agreement, entire amount has been received by the Shri Mukesh Kumar Sharma (son of deceased respondent) after deducting TDS towards all claims of the respondent and nothing more is required to be paid to the respondent. It is further stated that the Settlement Agreement is signed by Sh Mukesh Kumar Sharma. The Settlement Agreements arrived at between the parties are taken on record.
