It appears from the above that the petitioner whether dead or alive is not interested in pursuing the criminal revision petition. Page No.# 2/2 Accordingly, the same stands dismissed. However, in the event that the petitioner whose death is not yet confirmed appears on a subsequent date, he would be at liberty to file application for revival of the present revision petition.
