Since the matter relates to engagement of Anganwadi Worker in respect of notification issued in the year 2009 with rejection of the Petitioner’s appeal in the year 2010 and there is no interim order protecting the interest of the Petitioner, this Court is of the view that no interference can be made with regard to selection and engagement of either Opposite Party No.7 or 8. 4. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dtd.19.08.2010 so passed by Opposite Party No.3 under Annexure-6. 5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
