None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called and taken up, though Mr. Debaraj Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate is present on behalf of the Opposite Parties. 3. This writ petition is pending since the year 2010. The opposite parties have already filed their counter affidavit since 25.03.2011, but the petitioner did not file any reply to it. 4. It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed further in this case. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
