This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. The Petitioners in this writ petition seek to challenge the recommendation made by the then M.L.A, Ekamra, Bhubaneswar (Annexure-1) for inclusion of some persons in the Trust Board of Lord Lingaraj Mahapravu Bije Bhubaneswar in the district of Khordha. 2.1. The Petitioners also assail the Letter No.46-986(P) dated 12th May, 2010 (Annexure-2) of the Inspector, Endowments, Bhubaneswar communicating to the Assistant Commissioner of Endowments, Bhubaneswar to consider the recommendation of the then M.L.A, Ekamra, Bhubaneswar, Odisha Legislative Assembly. The Recommendation of the then MLA was made on 22nd April, 2010. It further appears that this Court while considering the grievance of the Petitioners vide order dated 6th August, 2010 in Misc.
