The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 09.01.2009 passed by the learned SJDM, Bhubaneswar in 1CC Case No. 4836 of 2008, whereby cognizance of offence under Section 138 of NI Act has been taken against the petitioner. 2. This revision petition is pending since 2010 and several attempts have been made by this Court for settlement of the matter and the matter was also listed before the National Lok Adalat. The complaint case has been filed on 19.11.2008 and it is unnecessarily prolonging for near about two decades. Therefore, at this belated stage, I am not inclined to entertain this petition, in view of the statutory mandate under Section 143 (3) of the NI Act. 3. Accordingly, the CRLREV is dismissed.
